Sewing Tip #2: Bobbin Trick

Have you ever needed a little more thread of a specific color for a machine project but the only thread you have left is on a bobbin?

Try this - it worked for my machine.

I was hemming pants and needed just a little more of this exact color. Definitely not worth a trip to Joann's. The bobbin color didn't matter because it's not seen.

An empty spool helped keep the right tension and give me a little more length.
